The President continued by saying, “At its core, the Technological New Deal is about more than just advancement—it’s about empowerment. The initiative prioritizes the training of local talent in digital skills and AI, equipping Senegal’s youth with the tools to lead in a rapidly evolving world. It also champions technological entrepreneurship by forging partnerships to support Senegalese startups, paving the way for a vibrant ecosystem of homegrown innovation.”
